This started out as a blend until we found an amazing single origin coffee from a farm in Brazil called MIO. The farm is located in Monte Santo de Minas. Ana who runs the company takes great care of not only the environment, (the same amount of farmland is dedicated to a native forest reserve as it it to growing coffee) but also for her workers. As an example most coffee is sold in very heavy 60kg sacks, Ana insists for her workers only 30kg sacks can be used.
